Most Luxurious Prison

         
Norway's Halden prison is the most luxurious prison that cost more than $20 million to build.

   Halden Prison holds some of most dangerous prisoners and the new design is believed to encourage the inmates not to re-offend.  The prison contains private cells with mini-refrigerator,  flat screen TV , bathroom and barless windows to let sunlight in.

                     
   The prison is also equipped with kitchen, a gym, rock climbing wall, a music studio, a library and a lounge with sofas and coffee tables.  Most of the prison guards will be female which can help to reduce aggression. The ultimate aim of the new Halden Prison is provide confidence to inmates through education, work and better environment which will help to build themselves up.
