World Custard Pie Championship

This bizzare competition helds in Kent. Despite the name, no custard is actually used but a mixture of flour and water is used as 'pie'. The competition started in 1967 but disbanded in 80's. In 2007 the championship was resurrected again.

The participants involve in a 30 seconds bout where they have to hit pie to the face of their opponents. Judges award bonus points on the basis of hits and misses.

This year sixteen teams battled for the title at the Stile Bridge Pub in Coxheat.(via)
