KFC UK&Ireland included a new item to its menu. It is itroducing a cauliflower burger as its newest item. The burger is dressed with almond yoghurt, ice cube relish, spiralised chicken breast and kale.

Actually it is a publicity stunt by the food chain to show the balance between fast food meals and extremely healthy foods.

The burger is a creation by blogger Figgy Poppleton-Rice for the stunt.
