Arranged Board Game Gives Confidence to Women to Face Cultural Struggles

Nashra Balgamwala's Arranged board game focuses on cultural struggles of an Arranged Marriage and other South-Asian Cultural norms.  Through the game, Nashra wants to share her experience with other young women and make them aware and confident of their options and opinions.

Arranged is a new board game that takes a lighthearted approach to serious subjects that are seen as disgraceful in South-Asian culture. The game involves avoiding the efforts of a matchmaking aunty who would force a girl to involve in an unwanted loveless marriage.  The participants can try avoiding by talking about career, gaining weight and other things that most societies consider normal.
