Everence's latest innovative tattoo ink is intended to connect people and pay homage to their loved one by marking their body with DNA-infused ink. Starting at a price of $675, individuals can send sample DNA of their loved one collected from inside of someone's mouth, cremated ashes or carbonized hair. The collected DNA is synthesized into material that mixes into tattoo ink.
The service is not limited to human DNA, individuals can also use their pet's DNA to immortalize their family dog and cat into ink.
The DNA-infused tattoo ink is as safe as regular tattoo ink, according to the inventor of Everence.
