Nose-Only Face Mask

The new face mask from South Korea covers only the wearer's nose.

Nose-Only Face Mask

The current Korean beauty trend has recently received a lot of attention from the western press. It's no secret that South Korea boasts the world's most advanced and inventive beauty culture. The latest craze is a face mask that just covers the wearer's nose. All you have to do is put the mask over your nose and it will do the rest.

So what's the big deal about these new masks? They are one-of-a-kind in that they simply cover the nose and not the entire face. This is a deviation from traditional masks that cover the entire face.

There are many advantages to using a nose-only mask. First, it is more comfortable and less restrictive than traditional masks. It also keeps the wearer's mouth free so they can still drink and eat.

But don't panic; the new face masks are still effective because studies show that the nose is the quickest route for the coronavirus to enter the body, and some health professionals believe that wearing a nose-only mask is better than wearing no mask at all.

Despite the criticism, the kosk has a 5-star rating from 118 reviews on the South Korean shopping portal Coupang, where a pack of ten nose-only face masks costs 9,800 won (approx. $8.20).  Via
