A toy plane from WW2 was auctioned for more than $15,000 in the UK and it has become the most expensive WW2 toy plane. The 70 year old toy plane was gifted to a boy in 1941, the year when Nazi heavily bombarded Bristol. But the boy was killed in the Blitz and his gift remained completly untouched. The tin monoplane was found wrapped in an old newspaper.

The toy was made by British toy manufacturer W. Britain and it was one of three models produced by them.
